2023 LORI Grants Grantee Information Library of Rhode Island (LORI) Grants provide opportunities for libraries, library consortia, or library serving organizations to execute forward-looking projects that support the advancement of library services in Rhode Island. Libraries or organizations were encouraged to submit proposals that expand access to library materials and services, expand learning opportunities or promote literacy, expand or advance the use of library services or the role of the library in the community, or create more inclusive or accessible library services to all members of the community. Important Documents & Links eCivis Grants Management Portal All grants management will be conducting through eCivis, including financial reports, activity and final reports, and amendment requests. Managing Your Award LSTA Requirements, Assurances and Certifications Grantee Communications Kit IMLS Survey for Public Programs Please administer this survey when you host public programs for adults as part of your grant project; it is optional for youth programs. Project Outcome Surveys You may substitute Project Outcome for the IMLS Survey for Public Programs if you prefer when hosting public programs for adults. Important Dates June 30 – Interim Financial Report due in eCivis June 30 – Interim Activity Report due in eCivis. July 1 – August 30 – Site visit occurs, as scheduled with OLIS grant liaison. August 15 – Final day submit a Financial Report to draw down funds. September 15 – Final day to complete project activities. October 20 – Final Activity Report due in eCivis.
