Rhode Island Libraries

The following is a non-exhaustive directory of libraries across Rhode Island. The list includes primarily libraries complying with the Library of Rhode Island Standards and Regulations (220-RICR-60-15-03) and currently certified by the Office of Library and Information Services as such during the current fiscal year.

This directory includes public, academic (higher education), school, and specialized libraries. By default, the list only includes all 48 existing public library systems in Rhode Island. Use the available filters to refine the listings based on the library type, municipality, or simply by listing all libraries whether they are the central building or a branch.
