Overdueing It
OLIS is a founding and contributing member to the state-wide library podcast, Overdueing It: The Rhode Island Library Podcast (We're Overdueing It, but you're doing just fine).
Overdueing It is a state-wide library podcast where a team of library workers dish about their latest reads, views, and passions, alongside fascinating conversations with local luminaries. Any library worker in Rhode Island can jump into the host-seat and chat with a guest of their choice. Is your library working with an amazing partner? Does your team have a special project? Come share about it on our show! Email overdueingitpod@gmail.com to connect with us.

Where did we start?
Rhody Radio was Rhode Island’s first collaborative state-wide library radio project. Born in a time when libraries were closed to the public due to a worldwide pandemic, Rhody Radio became a long-term programming outlet for libraries, and ran from 2020-2024 when the project merged with Downtime with the Cranston Public Library to become Overdueing It. Rhody Radio was a podcast produced by library staff and their communities (just like Overdueing It!). It captured conversations, lectures, and performances with many talented Rhode Islanders all in a format as welcoming as libraries themselves, available 24/7 wherever you find your podcasts. Visit RhodyRadio.org to find an archive of episodes and episode transcripts.
