To apply for service from Talking Books Library please print out or fill out online. You may send the completed and signed forms by fax to (401)574-9320, email to talking.books@olis.ri,gov (.pdf or .doc/.docx) or mail to RI Talking Books Library, 1 Capitol Hill, Providence, RI 02908.
