The Spring 2024 LORI Delivery Item Count will take place from Sunday, March 31 to Saturday, April 6, 2024. Participation is required for LORI member libraries.

A Message from the Rhode Island State Library:

OLIS will provide registration to Library Journal courses on topics including managing conflict, de-escalation, project management and trauma-informed service.

Interested library staff should fill out this survey as soon as possible to be included; applications will be considered on a rolling basis and attendee

The Kids Reading Across RI Committee is happy to announce that The Lost Library by Rebecca Stead and Wendy Mass is the 2024 selection!

Voting for the 2024 RI Children's Book Award will take place March 1 - April 30.

The 2024 AskRI Resource Survey is now open for submissions. Survey results will better inform services provided through AskRI.org. Submissions are due by March 15, 2024.

AskRI is conducting a survey amongst librarians, library staff, and other information professionals who use AskRI and its resources.

On Monday, March 11, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. eastern time, the NLS Patron Engagement Section will host the quarterly Patron Corner.
