Design with Screen Readers in Mind Tuesday, August 25, 2026, from 2:00-3:30 p.m. Eastern via Zoom.

Due to the Biennial National Conference, the Many Faces of BARD program will be held on September 3, which is the first Thursday of the month.

The program will resume its regularly scheduled second Thursday of the month in October.

OLIS to provide free registration to library staff, all levels and library type, to select Library Journal and School Library Journal courses in Fall 2026.

Library staff are invited to apply to attend courses this fall, sponsored in full by the Office of Library and Information Services.

The topic for the Tuesday, August 25, 2026, That All May eRead online program will be Previewing the New Features of Version 3.1 of the NLS eReader.

In the remaining time, we will answer any questions you have about the NLS Braille eReader.

There will be no statewide delivery for libraries on Monday, August 10 in observance Victory Day.

The topic for the Thursday, August 13, 2026, Many Faces of BARD program will be Updating the DA2. 

After the presentation and demonstration, we will take your questions about all things BARD for the remainder of the hour.
