Libraries must certify annually to be eligible to participate in statewide delivery and other resource sharing. Credentials and information have been emailed to directors.

The RI Public Library Annual Survey (PLAS) opens on Wednesday, July 15, 2026.

Public libraries are required to submit the PLAS in order to qualify for state library grant-in-aid.

Celebrate Freedom 250!

Celebrate the nation’s 250th birthday by visiting the VA Freedom 250 Virtual Exhibit.

There will be no delivery for libraries on Friday, July 3 in observance of July 4th. Delivery will run on Monday, July 6.
