Kelly Metzger

Biography

Kelly is the State Data Coordinator and coordinates the Public Library Annual Survey and other data collection initiatives. She is a member of IMLS' Library Statistics Working Group (LSWG), serving as a mentor to other state data coordinators across the country. Some of Kelly's other roles at OLIS include participating on the Continuing Education Team and supporting libraries involved in construction projects through the Construction Reimbursement Program. Kelly holds a Master of Library and Information Studies from the University of Rhode Island and a Master of Arts in Secondary Education from West Virginia University, where she also earned her bachelor's degree in English. Prior to joining OLIS, Kelly served as a library media specialist at middle schools in Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
