Mock Caldecott 2024

It's time to start taking a closer look at 2023 picture books. Participating in the Mock Caldecott is an opportunity to sharpen selection skills and learn about the award process for the Caldecott Medal. All discussion meetings will be virtual using Zoom. A letter of participation is available for those applying the Mock Caldecott program towards professional development. Voting for a Rhode Island winner and honor books will take place on January 9, 2024 using the balloting procedures of the real committee.
