Summary
Join us for a free, fun, family event on Sunday, October 20, from 1 – 2:30 PM at the Crowne Plaza Atrium (801 Greenwich Avenue in Warwick),

Celebrate the mighty white cane and the independence of the blind and visually impaired community.

Several local agencies will provide information about their services for individuals and families affected by visual impairments, free t-shirts and tote bags (while supplies last), refreshments, music, face painting, and a balloon artist.

Thank you to these local organizations for providing the funding to make this year’s event possible: Blue Cross and Blue Shield of RI, Rhode Island Parents of Blind and Visually Impaired Children (RIPBVIC), the Rhode Island House of Representatives Legislative Grant sponsored by Rep. Julie Casimiro, and IN-SIGHT.   https://in-sight.org/wcd/
